Can I tour the Manor? Absolutely! Just Call (812) 32-EVENT to schedule a tour
What is your maximum event capacity? At present, our maximum limit for attendees is 175 outdoors and 120 indoors.
What is available in terms of tables. chairs and tenting options? Tables, chairs and tent are provided within the rental price of the venue.
How about catering? Make your event truly special by using the caterer of your choice! The food can be simple or fancy–you decide! Past events have featured food cooked outdoors on grills, carving stations, an ice cream bar, etc. You can provide your own alcohol, but it must be served by licensed servers.
What about decor? One of the fun things about Deer Park Manor is that you can design your own wedding. Whether your plans are simple or elaborate, we have some wonderful florists and event coordinators who can help bring your ideas to life.
How much does a Deer Park wedding cost? Our website has prices and a copy of our contract. Since Saturdays are the most popular days for weddings, we have a special full-day package that lasts from 9 a.m. until midnight. Weekend packages are also available; Have your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on a Friday evening and a nice, relaxed wedding on Saturday. Hourly rates are available Sunday through Friday.
How about parking? Parking is ample and free. When the parking lot fills up, cars can be parked on the grounds near the entrance to the courtyard. Cars can even be left overnight.
How can I check for availability? Just call 812-32-EVENT
How do I secure a date? A $600.00 deposit will hold the date of your choice. In addition to the security deposit, half of the rental amount is due four weeks before your event and the balance is due two weeks before the event.
Can I rent out the manor for other events? Yes certainly! Deer Park Manor is ideal for business dinners, community events, dances, reunions, birthday parties, memorial gatherings, graduation parties, anniversary receptions, etc.
